CEST® Armor Ultra Pro turtleneck Gen. 2 protection against cutting by stabbing

Designed by CEST in Germany.

We modified our CEST Armor Ultra Pro. We incorporated a 4 cm wide rubber band in the neck area. This means that it fits better on the neck.

The material was developed with our team and our colleagues from the research laboratory in Japan.

The ballistic vest CEST Armor Ultra Pro unisex cut is woven from hybrid fabric (including Armortex , UHMWPE, fiberglass ). only 510 g/m2 and only 1.2 mm thick.

  Bite tests with service dogs (Malinois) showed that no bites caused damage to the CEST® Ultra Pro fabric.

  Possibility of washing (hand wash) at 40 degrees.

  This material has been tested according to EN 388 6.2-16 ( cut protection level 5 ) and EN 388 6.2-16 ( puncture protection level 4 < 190 N!!! ) by an internationally certified laboratory.

  Because the fabric in the collar area is processed in two rows, there is protection against stabbing strong at about 400 N.

  But: These materials are not 100% stab or cut resistant (no material is stab or bulletproof).
