Secutek VIP-910Q is a carbon monoxide (CO) detector that has an advanced electrochemical sensor. This sensor ensures accurate, reliable and stable detection of deadly poisonous carbon monoxide (CO).

Carbon monoxide (CO) detector Secutek VIP-910Q works on the principle electrochemical sensor , which achieves high accuracy and very low false alarms. As soon as the detector detects a dangerous concentration of carbon monoxide, the siren will start and the alarm diode will flash. The sound of the siren reaches 85dB.

The power supply of the device is not from the network, but uses its own power supply. It must be inserted into the device before connecting 3x AA batteries in the correct polarity. As soon as the battery capacity drops to a dangerous level, the alarm will start beeping at regular intervals.

The detector is equipped with a so-called test button, which, when pressed, tests the functionality of the device. We recommend performing this test once a week.

The detector is certified in accordance with European standards BS EN50291-1:2010 +A1:2012 and BS EN50291-2:2010, and is therefore also suitable for use in caravans and motorhomes.

It is a colorless gas that is produced during the bad combustion of coal, oil, natural gas, LPG or wood. It very often appears with poorly maintained combustion appliances intended for heating houses or apartments (for example: boilers, gas appliances, stoves, grills).
