The material was developed with our team and our colleagues from the research laboratory in Japan.

Certification according to VO (EU) 2016/425 is being prepared.

The ballistic vest CEST Armor Ultra Pro unisex cut is woven from hybrid fabric (including Armortex, UHMWPE, fiberglass ). only 510 g/m2 and only 1.2 mm thick.

• Can protect wearer from secondary debris. Wound patterns are minimized and wound contamination is reduced.

• This ballistic protection system cannot be compared with the German SK 1-4 protective vests or American standard NIJ protective vests.

  This underwear is used in addition. Mainly against secondary and blast-accelerated fragments such as dust, sand and rock particles often found in IEDs.

  This material has been tested according to EN 388 6.2-16 ( cut protection level 5 ) and EN 388 6.2-16 ( puncture protection level 4 < 190 N!!! ) by an internationally certified laboratory.

  Important: The CEST Armor Extreme undershirt has significantly higher protection against stabbing 262 Newtons!

• A test nail (about the size of a carpenter's nail) is pressed into the test specimen. How much force is required to pierce the material?

  The great advantage of this ballistic shirt is its comfort. Since spandex is also used, the material is super stretchy and actually wears like a normal tank top; it is light, thin and soft; It is still breathable and has the best puncture and cut resistance properties.

  Bite tests with service dogs (Malinois) showed that no bites caused damage to the CEST® Ultra Pro fabric.

• Hunting and forestry

  We have received very positive feedback from hunters about the CEST Armor Ultra Pro clothing. According to their experience, our underwear proves to be ideal for searching and can prevent injuries caused by thorn bushes.

  CEST Armor Ultra Pro clothing is also used in industry (metal and glass processing) due to its very good puncture and cut resistance properties.

• Attention: If the fabric is damaged, this garment loses its protective function.

  Important:
  The fabric used in the CEST Armor Ultra Pro collection has excellent technical properties.
  But: This material is not stab resistant (no material is resistant to stabbing or bulletproof shooting).
  It always depends on the shape of the blade and the impact energy. Wearing Ultra Pro clothing can protect you in the event of a knife attack or avoid life-threatening injuries.
