The 10W Baofeng BF-UV10R radio is very powerful handheld radio station, popular not only among radio amateurs or airsoft players.

Baofeng BF-UV10R has 128 memory channels and is equipped with an LCD display on which all set parameters are clearly displayed. The transmitter is equipped with a rechargeable battery with capacity 5800mAh, thanks to which, together with the power save function, the radio can last in standby mode up to 3 days. An indicator warns you of low battery status, then just place the radio in the practical charging station and let it charge.

CTCSS function (continuous tone coded squelch system) allows you to ignore unwanted calls from other people who use the same frequency and you can communicate only with a specific person.

VOX function (voice-operated-transmission) starts transmitting automatically when a voice is detected, so it is not necessary to press the PPT (push-to-talk) button every time the transmission is started. When you stop talking, this function will stop transmitting and automatically enter receive mode.

BCL function (busy channel lock-out) enables the blocking of signal transmission on a busy channel and thus prevents other groups from interfering in the same frequency band as long as communication is ongoing. They will only be able to broadcast if the channel is clear.

TOT function (time out timer) allows you to set the time after which the broadcast is automatically interrupted. This prevents long-term use of the channel by one user, e.g. when the PTT button is accidentally blocked.

TDR and TX-AB function (transceiver dual reception / transmitting selection) enables watching two channels at the same time, when the channel that is more active always remains displayed. The TX-AB function allows you to change this setting and select the channel that will have priority when listening to a dual broadcast. If this function is on (A/B), the set priority will return the radio to the selected channel as soon as the second channel ends.
